2025 Tozitna Annual Meeting Update

On Saturday, June 14, 2025, Tozitna held the 52nd Annual Meeting in the Community Hall in Tanana, AK. The meeting was well attended; there were lots of questions and comments and a community lunch was held after the meeting adjourned.

MEETING RESULTS

Tozitna has more than 750 shareholders and we had over a 37% of the quorum for the Annual Meeting. Election results: Daphne Huntington (22,921), Georjeana Wallace (14,364), Cynthia Johnson (13,449), Judy Gau (11,640).

Congratulations to Daphne Huntington, Georjeana Wallace, and Cynthia Johnson who were reelected to the Tozitna Board of. Thank you to Judy Gau for also being a candidate this year.
