The Board of Directors sets the overall direction in the conduct of the Corporation's business, including setting the policies of the Corporation in matters of natural resource and land management, business investments and adinistration. The Board also has the power to select the president and chief executive officer, to elect officers of the board and to appoint necessary board committees.
Nine Tozitna shareholders serve on the Tozitna Board of Directors. Each person is elected by the shareholders for a three year period. An individual must be a shareholder of Tozitna, Limited and at least eighteen (18) years old to be eligible to serve on the Board.
